2 June 2024, The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ
Today we celebrate the Solemnity of the MOST HOLY BODY AND BLOOD OF CHRIST. The Church celebrates the commemoration of the institution of the Blessed Sacrament on Maundy Thursday. However, then Christ begins His suffering. That is why, since the 13th century, the Church has been celebrating a separate celebration to properly thank Christ for the extraordinary gift of His Body and Blood.
Church holidays and memories of saints this week:
- Monday, June 3, commemoration of the holy martyrs Karol Lwanga and Companions.
- Wednesday, June 5, commemoration of St. Boniface, bishop and martyr.
- Thursday, June 6, memorial of St. Norbert, bishop.
- Friday, June 7, The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.
- Saturday, June 8, commemoration of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

- Daily Holy Mass is celebrated at 6:00 p.m. Sunday Holy Mass is celebrated at 4:00 p.m.
